Bow pricing is pretty much subjective, kind of like jewels and armor. There are certain properties that are more desirable than others of course, the main being SSI, HLD, ML, DI & Hit spell effects. If a bow has no SSI on it, but has some of the other more desirable properties, depending on what specials it has, it could be worth some, but more often than not, it's not worth a whole lot.
