Most pieces of clothing and runebooks tend to go for 3-7m (where the price can differ a lot per shard, these kinda items sell a lot better on Atl than my home shard EU). I vaguely recall a full set of [exceptional] armor (including shield and sword) by the same smith hitting about 5-6m per piece for the set.
The offers I got on a double bracketed item ([exceptional] (blessed)) struggled at 15m, though that was not a weapon.

Ah, I thought it was better than a regular bracketed double ex because it was 'made by' as well.
