I assume the 40DI is from the 35 Exceptional Bonus and 5 GM Arms Lore Bonus, so its only 5 properties.

I'm pretty sure this is on test because during the winterland everyone had armor they could dye any color

this is not on a test shard, its on DF btw and the color on totem is because the comp i was on cant stand less than 256 colors or something like that because of lag
