Came across this a few days ago and I believe its an event item but the only ones I can find have a EM name attached, this one just says UO team

I am interested in the difference between the UO team and the EM names myself.

They probably came from shards that did not have an active EM at the time. They were all folded by the EMs from each shard so I would assume that if a shard did not have an EM they just put UO team. That would be my guess.
