PC on a couple of crossbows

Really need to get like 35 SSI minimum on a Crossbow (assuming 150 Stamina) and if you're intending them for PvP most people want 'Hit' properties over 40. For PvM it doesn't matter a great deal. Other than that pretty much as Lynk said.
