Pvp sdi cap is a fraction of that. EP is capped at 50. Sounds like a pvm suit.

I'd just convert that to a full pvm suit and try to sell it. Pvp sdi is capped so low there isn't any reason to run a suit like this. There are better stats you would want on it for pure pvp or pvm.
