It's nice. I'd rock it. You'd just need a stamina inc. suit really to hit swing cap. It has every leech too so you're set there. ArmorSwampy/Parox and the df should be ~ 5min of work w/ it.

It doesn't make sense to spend 50+ million to make a weapon work. I would guess 2-5 million tops.
