[Discussion] PC battle axe

Is this battle axe worth anything? Special moves: bleed attack / concussion blow.
I know that people prefer clean above brittle, but the mod spread seems good. I am not that familiar with judging if something is good for PvM or PvP. Any help?

terribly slow bad specials brittle and physical damage, brittle can be okay but this just not great

For pvp or pvm, the mods/specials aren't there.

Pvp you want a clean, 20+ splinter, 50+ hit spell at a minimum. Hit lower def and spell channeling are 2 other sought after mods.

Pvm no leeches, no whirlwind, no double strike, no armor ignore, no ssi.

doesn't have to be clean for pvp but it helps... an amazing brittle splinter elemental dmg weapon with good specials and brittle will sell
