The only person even half interested in this would be a Bard Mage...and then its only 31 skill points and as a Mage...you will want LRC and FC/FCR...I just cant believe anyone would pay more then 25k for this...if Healing was somethign Bard/Mage related....then we'd have a different story...

But most mages want the brace slot for an Orni...

yeah 25-50k, but on a messed up shard like atlantic i bet u could get like 10m from some crazy person.
