most sashes run about 15-30, unless they exist in very limited quanties (single digits, or very very low double digits).

the legion of chaos sashes have been given out in a couple different events on Lake Austin... they were bestowed upon those chosen to be worthy by the death knight Sir Mortagne
u can meet Sir Mortagne in his house up around the mountain from the labyrinth on LA.. be careful though it's surrounded by skeletal dragons and rotting corpses and other things
