PC and Info on Gladiator of Malas Sash "green color" ?

Hello, i have buy by the past an Body Sash green "Gladiator of Malas sash" she is blessed but don't have any mods. I have buy it 20m on uo-auction the last year.
So what is the story of this item and the current value on Europa.
I don't find any information about this Event item on this board thank you.

Drachenfels - Season 3
Gladiator of Malas Sash (16) (~15 mil)

As there were only 16 given out, and sashes have been gaining in popularity of late I would expect this to go for at least 40m, possibly as much as 60-70.
