when blackrocks infected creatures used to spawn all across sosaria, there was like every 20th or 30th creature blackrock infected. (that's only a guess)
they have at least double of the normal creatures hp and were generally more skilled and had a higher damage output. (if i remember right).
Hence it'd be really hard to come across a blackrock infected Lady Melisade. In addition to the fact that not all blackrock infected creatures dropped a chest.

the only blackrock infected stuff you get now , are from the moonglow event (fallen warrior, beserker and dark wisps) afaik.

Can I see reference to this somewhere?
I know they made it so we can't get a paragon. Am unaware about the infection change though. When did this change go in?

Not true, can infect anything but NOT Peerless, Champ or Doom Bosses, I infect stuff everywhere daily, everyone of my chars has a large blackrock in their bags
