Nice book. Note I'd never pay this much myself............ but for info:
The closest one for sale right now (3 mod) is at 80m asking price. Frankly, the book is not as good as yours IMHO.
2 mod books that are similar are at 35-50m asking prices right now. Again, yours is much better than these.

I've had my GM of my guild make me over 30, scrappers, yes 300 Taint. Best one we've gotten was 2 skills +10.
