Buying Jewelry Paying well for odd skill jewels

Paying well for a ring and bracelect with the following skill mods.
Stealing
Stealth
Wrestle
Ninja
Nero
15 dc
I'm trying to get 70 to 80 total in those skills on each jewl plus the dci. Any additional mods a plus. I'm on ATL but would consider xferring for the right piece. Paying well.
