want to buy a cross bow with hit chance increase, faster casting, swing speed increase 35 or 40, di 40, and must be balanced. also lookin for a heavy bow same way, but faster casting inst a must on heavy. im lookin to spend 50-100 mil on each. hit spells are a plus and will pay more if have it.
