... and customer service has not solved this within 6 weeks after payment has been done!?
A friend of mine, who played Ultima Online until some time ago, decided to return in the end auf August. The account was somehow suspended and had to be unlocked by a customer service representative. Now logging in says that the account is blocked - and Customer service representative forwarded the account information to the developement team for further investigation.
"Thanks for responding. At this point in time I have forwarded your account to our UO Team. They will take a look at the account because I tried adding time to it and also logging in but it is still not working. Please be patient while I wait for an answer from them."
This was two weeks ago, since then - silence. How long should a paying customer be patient -then?
