PaxKratOku Auction House 10/17/08

PaxKratOku Auction house will be re-opening its doors on Friday Night 10/17/08 at 9:00pm est. PaxKratOku auction house and the Guardians Gate Auction House have entered into negotiations to rotate the days it is open. PaxKratOku will run every other week and Guardians Gate will run every week PaxKratOku is not. The two auction house staffs will work as one at each others auction houses. Allowing workers to not have to be committed to the auction houses every Friday.

If and when the negotiations are complete the PaxKratOku Auction house will remain open every Friday until talks are completed.

The PaxKratOku Auction house remains a 0% charge auction house as it has been in the past. A vendor will be setup with books for 5, 10, 15 and 20k tips should anyone wish to tip the auction house which will be given as pay to its workers.

The auction house will also at times give away gold when it feels like it. The house is not allowed to give less than 250,00 gold should it decide to throw gold to you.

The PaxKratOku Auction house is located inside of PaxOku city. The auction house follows all laws and decrees. The auction house also reserves the right to add additional regulations to our establishment granted by the PROPRIETORSHIP LAW.

The Auction house also reserves the right to refuse service to individuals, groups, guilds and communities.

The PaxKratOku Auction House hereby refuses service to Deus Ex Machina {X} Guildmaster, Leadership and any/all members of the Deus Ex Machina guild. It also refuses service to ANY of their alt characters and ANY guild they are allied to.

The PaxKratOku Auction House hereby refuses service to Deus Ex Machina Crafters [XX] Guildmaster, Leadership and any/all members of the Deus Ex Machina guild. It also refuses service to ANY of their alt characters and ANY guild they are allied to.

The PaxKratOku Auction House hereby refuses service to Deus Ex Machina Faction Army DxM Guildmaster, Leadership and any/all members of the Deus Ex Machina guild. It also refuses service to ANY of their alt characters and ANY guild they are allied to.

Any member of these guilds or their alt characters trying to enter the PaxKratOku Auction house will be immediately banned without trial.

The auction house also refuses to deal with "Shady" people. The PaxKratOku Auction house is in the business of selling/ trading and making gold but will not do so with criminals and those who aligns themselves with them or work for them.

The PaxKatOku Auction house does not accuse the following guilds, members and its allies of any such activity. The PaxKratOku Auction house holds the right to not explain why the following guilds have been banished from the auction house they just are.

Recommend adding Followers of Armeggedon (FoA) to that as well. It appears that {X} has split with about half being in {X} and the other in FoA, and likely to have the same unscrupulous persons lurking about.

I would have to look at more details about this guild and figure out why this happened. Whats going on with X and what not. As I view the FoA roster I do see the problem that is within their guild which made the X guild banishable in the first place.

I will have a decision by auction time...
