Pathfinding GRR!

Ever since the patch a couple of days ago, I have noticed that I go into pathfinding ALOT more often! Sometimes even if I take only one step it happens.

Anyone else notice this?

You can turn off pathfinding in options if you never use it. I don't see why anyone would.

Open the options menu (alt+o) select the interface tab (mouse icon), the second line is "Enable pathfinding with double-right-click". Uncheck that box.

I turned my pathfinding off a while back, when i had a screwed up mouse. The thing would keep dbl clicking my right button when i clicked it once.

I dont have that set on intentionally. I guess it has always been set on but it was never an issue until the last patch. I'll uncheck it and see if that makes a difference. Thanks.

Lol yeah same here I turned it off the first time I used it and it didn't work about what 3 months after the game launched? I forget that there is even a path finding option in the game that's how long it has been.

Pathfinding is only useful if you want to follow someone. Alt + Left click an NPC or animal and you'll follow it whereever it goes. Very useful when training begging!

You can do this even with pathfinding disabled in the options menu.

One of hte firs tthings I do when I make a char in uo is turn off pathfinding. Its horrible.
