Patcth Error

I can't patch and there is a little window that says:
"The patch client was unable to retrieve the file [base/unpatched/e517ea935f837cf7] from the patch server (0 total errors encountered). Plese try the patch operation again in a short while"

What this means? I'ved tryed to repatch for 3 or 4 times but always there was this error. What can I do?

make sure you have connection to the internet, as it won't patch unless you do. of cousre you wouldn't have been able to post if you didn't have a connection to the internet
