No actually I can't even use freekin' UOA to PvP for at least a day. So dumb.*wonders why you would want to remove the patch* Oh, wait a minute...
The patch physically replaces files with new ones. Only way to remove it is to install fresh and stop it once you get to the desired patch level. However this is not recommended, as it may be construed as manipulation of the client which is against the ToS... but there are legitimate reasons as to why to do it, it just isnt easy to do.
Ask someone who hasnt patched yet to send you the client file.
Copy the UOA Chara file folder you have to OUTSIDE of that Shard folder. UOA will work just fine.

man, the Players Corner FAQ on UOA has had the answer for a long time ... UHall is not the only forum where info can be found.
