Patching problem please help

Hi I cannot patch, hence cannot play.

Does anyone know how to fix the problem? This is what happens when I load UOA...

I have tried deleting the patches in the patch folder. Doesn't solve the problem. Do I need to reinstall?

first question.. running vista or win7?

if so: make sure you run uopatch as administrator.

post again if no or dont work
