Patching Issue, Devs help please?

I've been trying for 2 days to patch with no luck. This is what I keep getting.

Anyone have any idea what the problem is?

Which Windows version do you use?
If Vista, try to right click your UO client icon and select Run as Administrator from context menu. If this doesn't help, check if you can write a file into the patch folder in your UO client folder manually - and if there are still stuck some files in the patch folder, delete them.
