patch problems

hi, i couldn't download the recent patch completly...so basically everytime i try, it just stops at a certain percentage and stays there...

i remember you had to find some file and delete it, but i have no clue where to look. any ideas what to do ?

Go to your UO folder and empty out the patch folder.

Not sure if it'll work, but that should be the file you're talking about.

It took me several hours to patch today, so give it time

Took me a few hours last night. So ya, give it like 3 hrs to finish.

Guess that means I should close UO at some point this week.

It just takes too long to get in-game if it's not sitting at the login prompt....

several hours? wow...

my patch folder was empty, but i could log in without patching (i hit cancel). so far the only problem is that uoa doesnt display the real ammount of bolts in my backpack...

This happened to me as well and after 4-5 times of trying to patch I decided to just reboot the computer and after that it patched without a problem...
