Partisans of Chaos Tower Rune and Stable Master Have Gone Missing

Today, it was brought to my attention that the rune to the Partisans of Chaos Tower is missing from the steps near the Luna moongate, and the stable master is missing from the Partisans of Chaos Tower. Have you noticed anything else that is missing from Baja?

No idea why any of that stuff would be missing. But I'm tickled pink it has gone missing and hopeful all that stuff which for many brings only bad memories follows into oblivion.
