Parry skill bonuses can be on shields, rings, bracelets, and some reforged arm/leg/head/neck armor. Are there any Other magical items or arties or other items that have bonus to parry skill? Just curious. Could not find answer in uoguide or uo.com. Is there a Magery Book I think Drogeni's spellbook that has dci but not parry?
