Ok, so, i'm up to 100.7 parry and lil sheeps arent giving me any more gains, what do i switch to for gains? thanks in advance.

Sheep will take you to 120. You probably need to adjust what you are carrying (weapon or shield).
If you have bushido, above 100 parry carry a 2 handed weapon for which you have 0 weapon skill. Do not carry a shield.
If you do not have bushido, above 100 parry carry a weapon you have 0 skill in and a shield.
It may take 10 min with new sheep before their skills get high enough to give you gains, but it will work... and those sheep can get mighty fierce the longer you train on on them.

i had really quick gains in despise by surrounding myself with lizardmen. I would arm my shield and a weapon I have 0 skill in and I gain like crazy
