Assuming it's not part of the invasion, best guess is that it's left over from an EM event; I have noticed occasional bugs with Travesty-based EM bosses. This is even more likely if you were the fellow who mentioned it on GL Global Chat.

Yes that was me and there was a few of us there it rocked our worlds, it also had discord really hurt bad

Assuming it can be found again, and assuming we don't think it'll just run away again like it presumably did from the EM event, we may have to track it down later....A tad dangerous to have that thing running around with an invasion looming!
