ok so im up here taming great hearts and there is the on healer that KILLS me every time it sees me.. whats the deal with this?

get higher karma, most paragons tend to attack if your near neutral karma.

What shard. I have never seen a paragon healer.. I have seen the NPC spawn reds that go paragon often.
