A titles customization menu was put into place that allows you to customize your titles in various locations including the paperdoll. There are more details about it in the Publish 65 notes (http://www.uoherald.com/news/news.php?newsid=1032). Since you are now granted the ability to pick the titles you want to display, we're letting you decide what you want to show in your paperdoll.
