Papau deliveries on Boat from trammel How?

I need to sail my boat to Papau to fullfill a quest, but im not sure how to get there from trammel? Isnt papau in the lost lands?

Remember, you don't have to sail all the way to port, just jump the pillar and recall to the dock, it's all one server
