Palm trees (Maginica rubble)

There is a vendor selling a "rubble" Palm tree in a bag, and another selling a Palm tree outside of the bag.

I get suspicious when I see a low ball price, especially when the vendor sells the item in an unusual fashion, like in a bag.

Anyone know of any bugs / scams involving the Maginica rubble coconut and date palms?

Do the Palms still occasionally disappear when locked down? If so is this bug only with the charred ones, or with both the blackened and colored one?

No, normaly if you can see the tree is good. I have buy for 200m of this rubble and ihave no problem with this. On Atlantic luna city shop oh heavy the price is 17m each palm or coconut.

I sell the big trees by placing them individually in a bag and put them in the vendor. The reason is, the big trees stack on top of each other. So, if you try to sell more than 1 big tree, you can't put them in a single container. If you have couple of big trees (same kind), try placing them in a single bag and see what happens
