Poor neglected Paladin, too. I suppose I ought to talk about them since I'm planning on being one. Hmm.

Okay, so I heard that Paladins are going to be able to cast seals. I think that's totally g31gh! I mean, the Hunters get all kinds of animals, and the Warlock gets felhounds and infernals, and the Druid gets bears and panthers, and all the paladins get is some puny ass seal! What's it going to do, slap the enemy with its flippers?! GAYEST PET EVER, BLIZZARD! You just lost yourself a lifelong (three weeks, really) fan!

I don't think they mean an actual seal (pet) when they use the word... I think it is more of a seal that will protect the area, as in placing a "seal of courage" on an area to improve morale and such. If that makes any sense. /php-bin/shared/images/icons/frown.gif

...*bark*?

Ah, once again, Jabari, you're the guiding voice of reason in this otherwise topsy turvy world. You've steered me back from the clouded darkness of absurdity and once again I walk the path of wisdom and lucidity. Never again shall I descend so temerariously into catachretic homophonous jocularity. I can but prostrate myself and lie procumbent at your feet for my moment of hebetudinous doltishness. I simply wish my verbiage was as incalculable as your own, my palaverous friend, so that I may intimate myself as grandiloquently as do you.

Errr... sorry about that Nian. Sometimes I am a bit too helpful. Nice seal though. /php-bin/shared/images/icons/tongue.gif

Why thankyou. He's the best there is. Seal of Restoration, he's called. He's saved my life more times than I can remember.

Hehe... well I guess since this is the only thread in the forum thus far... we are actually starting down the tubes. /php-bin/shared/images/icons/smile.gif

Tch, nothing wrong with having seals as a pet! They can play with strangely coloured balls...and play with plainly colored balls...and so on. Distracts the enemy! Plus, they're probably very virtous and innocent. Fits those holier-than-thou paladins perfectly!

Y'know, I've been thinking about this 'holier-than-thou' Paladin thing, and I really don't want to play as a goody-two-shoes Paladin. I mean, I love all the skills and attributes of the Paladin class, but can't stand the very virtuous and religious aspects to them. Whilst I have no intention of actually roleplaying anything in WoW, I hereby declare that my Paladin will be an opportunistic self-serving fiend, with absolutely no regard for fairness or justice. Maybe I'll be on a mission to introduce a brand new form of 'justice' to the world, based on utilitarianism and pro-state communist principles. My life for...the alliance... Hmm.

Youknow, that sounds great. Maybe I'll play a really nice rogue. Using pickpocket to give stuff to people, assassinating assassins, playing "hide" with the children. We should team up and call ourselves yan&ying.

Good deal. I'll meet you at the Temple of (Pacifist Atheist) Warrior Monks, and we'll get to work.

Why thankyou. All this attention will surely go to his head.

Oh, they don't mind warmer climates. For example, here's my seal on holiday in Majorca:

Okay I'll stop now.

Heya Hitomi, was wondering where you went in the other forums. On seals and paladins, does anyone suspect there might be death knights?

paladian is the most neglected class in WoW. thats a good thing if you are one tho. there will be so many Hunters and druids and what not that people will loose use for them. its like supply and demand. the ledd paladians there is the more useful you become if you are one. so i think we should all encourage other people to be hunters and druids! it only helps us!

i wondor if they should make an undead only class, the death knight. it would be the exact opposite of a paladin and would be good for all you self serving fiends out there.

I can see maybe an Undead Warrior having Death Knight as a hero class. That would be cool. I think we'll see all kinds of specializations with hero classes, though I have no idea how long we'll have to wait for more information on them.
