Def worth more then 5 mil this one rarely spawns now..
When they first came out they spawned like once a week, after like a month or 2 they added the shard bound onto them and raised the spawn rate upto the same as a ruined painting.
This painting rarely comes up now b/c they changed it to a really low spawn rate.. Maybe 100 mil or more, you don't ever see these on vendors.
