pacific server login problems?

I can't log into the Pacific server. I get all the way to the point where I select my character, and should load the game thereafter, but then the screen hangs and I have to push "Quit" at the top. The issue is only with Pacific and it happens on two of my accounts. Anyone else having problems getting onto the Pacific shard?

I have a character logged in and I can keep on playing as normal. I tried logging in via a second client and I'm unable to get past the "Entering Britannia" screen on that client.
