Hi,

Where do you meet for these events?

Typically around Blackthorne's castle in northern Britain, either at the bridge or inside in the courtyard for adventure events. Mind you, you can't bring pets inside, so leave them waiting in front of the bridge. As for the King's Meeting, that is inside the Castle, bottom Level. You'll see all the seats of the governors located there.
