There seems to be some confusion as to if the publish has gone live on all shards. I didn't see any notes that the ticket redemption would end on this publish.

well ive read the notes several times and i cant see any info. on the redemption finishing either..so iam thinkimng the points are gonna be ok for at least another publish...the devs did say they would tell us when this was going to end.

As of midnight last night, if your shard has gone down for maintenance and come back up, then it has the latest publish. Again, we're very sorry about the mix up with the patch notes.

This means that all of North America and Europe are published at this point, with all other shards being published at their next morning maintenance.

I have read something about a dispel change. But i cant see any, ok my dispiro malas spell now works on reverants, yippi! But the dispel weapons shouldnt they work better after the patch?

Well, I guess you got the answer you were looking for, even if what I did link to DID give you an accurate answer - ie "All shards are published with Pub58" (with the exceptions listed that would be published at their next maintenance cycle) =P
