P/C on Unknown Deed

Does anyone know what exactly it is, or about how much they sell for.

It looks like a clothing bless deed but it just says "Unknown" Sorry I don't know how to post a picture, Its on Sonoma going for 1 Mil right now.

They were created when there was a client update that made changes server-side (I don't recall which... it was after aos) People logged onto their crafters and hit "make last" (without having made anything since before the update) and those deeds were created.
I also see them on vendors for 1M each. I do not know if they actually sell for that.
