I do not and can not condone violence against innocents that have done no one any harm. Horses, for example... or dogs...

Nor against defenseless prisoners (regardless of their crimes)...

However, the orcs that attacked Pitmuck and kidnapped Ozog are clearly enemies of the realm, and rescuing him will most certainly call for combat against them! It will likely not be possible to spare them, given their aggressive nature and likely unwillingness to surrender. We got lucky in capturing the one that told us where Ozog is being kept!
