Ownership, Vendors, and Customizing?

Hi all -

Question: I've got 2 houses on 2 different accounts (both auto-refresh houses that I've owned for more than a week). One house is "home." One is a vendor house ("shop"). The shop's vendors are owned by the account that owns "home."

I can't customize the shop house while rented vendors are in it - only if my own vendors were in it.

a) can I trade the Shop house on the shop account to the home account with home's vendors rented out in it? (and then trade the home house to the shop account - basically, swap home ownership between the two accounts).

if so,

b) will UO recognize that the shop owner now also owns the vendors, and allow me to customize the house?

I know, I know - I should have done the swapping before I set up any vendors! But now I have so many set up that it'd just be an incredible pain to take them all down and put them all back up again, just to customize.

Unfortunatly with rented out vendors at the shop about only thing you can customise is the foundation and house sign hanger / style. Houses can not be traded with vendors in either rented or your own.

You can, as you said, customise if all vendors are yours yet alas no trading.

Only way to trade is to remove all vendors im afraid

Well, you cant custimize I dont think if your own vendors are up but you can take them down.. at least thats how it was when I had a vendor house. I had my own vendors up and it wouldnt let me custimize. But you can easily remove them and put them right back up when your done. And nope, cant trade houses with vendors in it.
