Owner of the house

If i buy a house with a char and then i cancel this char ( but i have other chars in this account) the house decay?
Who is the new owner? Another char of the same account? In the sign i see "owned by" and the new name? But if i have, for example, 3 other char, who becames owner?

Your account owns the house Ivory.
You could delete all your characters and start all new, and it would still be their house.
The house will always be " Owned By " the character that placed it or bought it. Even if you delete that char.
Just think of your characters as one big family. They all own the house, but the one there the day it got placed or bought got their name on the place.
