Out of upgrade codes?!?!?

So last night around 10 P.M. est I bought the expansion from ea store since I have never been able to use UO game codes. Well it took them over 1 hour to send me a confirmation e-mail, but the e-mail didn't have an upgrade code in it. I called them last night and they were closed and don't open up until 10:00 est. So I just got off the phone with a customer service rep and explained to him that I got an order confirmtion e-mail, but it has no upgrade code it in. After being on hold for about 10 mins he finally came back and told me they were out of upgrade codes and they should get some more by the end up the week.

Is this true and if so how can this be I mean come on now.

Sorta happened to me too. I ordered through eastore.com. I didn't see the Game Code on the screen. I didn't get the game code emailed. I put in a trouble ticket and got canned response but had the answer:
When logged into eastore.com, click on "customer service" up on top. It's an UNDERLINED link on the page... look carefully. It's not an obvious button (like a REAL store site has *rolls eyes*). When you click on the "customer service" link, the next page has a link to view your orders (underlined link again) and you will find your code in that.

Maybe that is the problem. Even though they charged my credit card (it is in authorization) when I go to my recent orders\purchases it doesn't show anything.

There was a separate section that showed me as no orders/purchases (or something) and I was confused cause I got the email saying they charged me. I opened a trouble ticket online at the eastore.com and the robots showed me the light. I had to go to that other screen.

How do you run out of something which is virtual and randomly generated? What, the factory was experiencing work stoppages due to labour unrest, and they couldn't keep up with demand?

I really don't know what's up with their whole "codes" thing. I bought SA and all my friends got Vollums in a crystal - even the ones who upgraded AFTER I did. Like months later.

Yet I did not get one. And when I called support they basically told me tough noogies.

Who designs a reward and then doesn't give it to everyone who purchases the product? ********

I have not been able to buy any codes yet. I keep getting "Processor 24 Error" at the UOGamecodes store,and Cal's link is also rejecting my CC info. This is the same CC I have been using the past 9-10 months to buy my game time and other online transactions. I have only had problems with attempts to buy this code.
