Looks like an em item from europa a while back (recipe of serpentwyne)Happened on accident, cannot be changed, or replicated. It has been fixed. It's now a unique Runebook I suppose.
As it acts like a runebook, someone probely got it bugged a month or 2 ago and the name changed to 'recall rune'
When pub73 kicked in, all those bugged runebooks got there proper name back.
So all you have is an EM item that has lost its original name.
Is that compassion dyed?
Forgot to ask, what shard is it on?
It's actually the default color. I noticed it was switched to a weird brown after Pub 73, but had a runebook dye tub change it back to default.
It resides on Chesapeake.
