(OT) Week 3 NFL Picks

No word from Teufel Hund, so let's go ahead with Week 3's NFL picks, shall we? Same rules as Teufel described for Weeks 1 and 2: 1,000,000 gold to enter, payable after the winner for Week 3 is determined. Losers will buy a book from a vendor at Teufel's house (or mine, if we don't hear from him this week) to fund the prize for the winner(s).

I see that there are still some "loser" books on Teufel's Joe Flacco vendor for Week 1. If you haven't already cleared up the matter with Teufel, I'm sure the Week 1 winners would appreciate it if you would pay up. This is my own personal opinion; I haven't been in contact with Teufel about it, so please don't anyone be upset if you've already made some kind of special arrangement; I have no idea what my have transpired about those.

Here are the games for Week 3. Post in this forum by noon Eastern time on Sunday, September 21, with your prediction for the winner of each game. Most number of correct picks wins, and the pot will still be split among tie winners this week. (I think we should wait for Teufel Hund to weigh in on introducing a tie-breaker in future weeks, as some suggested in the NFL Week 2 thread, since this contest was his idea originally.)

Losers for Week 1 can pay for their bets by buying the book with their name on it at Teufel Hund's house (character Isabeau's house) out of Luna's west gate on the vendor Joe Flacco. No one has been able to pay for Week 2 yet, since people decided we should wait to hear from Teufel about that. So you can pay for Week 1 if you need to (I don't know if you do), and I wouldn't let Week 2's debt prevent you from participating in Week 3, since we're all in that boat, except the Week 2 winner(s).

Still no word from Teufel Hund, so I'll set up a vendor at my house tonight for people to come and buy their book for 1,000,000 gold, and I'll pass on the gold to ForTheOcean. My house is just south of Teufel's (Isabeau's), out Luna's west gate and south one screen, as shown in the radar map in my signature below. Look for the vendor "NFL Week 3", or something similar, on the front steps.

Work has been a real bite in the A$$ not too mention my seasonal job taking up quite a bit of time --here is a good laugh for ya I am a Football Official and you would be suprised how much chasing a teenager up and down the field takes out of ya!-- Amyway I will look over what we got for week 2 and get that straight and work with Tech moving forward. Thanks Tech for jumping in and keeping this alive! Betty can you believe the Steeelers are 2-2...oh wait I have to wait til next Tuesday to say that!

I'm afraid I haven't heard anything from Teufel Hund about Weeks 1 and 2 beyond what he's posted publicly. I posted the RESULTS for Week 2 as a public service, but wasn't otherwise involved with Weeks 1 and 2 (other than losing the contests to you and some others!)

I did post the Week 3 contest without Teufel's input, so I'll take responsibility for Week 3, but you should probably PM Teufel about your winnings for Week 1 and 2.

I stopped by to see the vendors for week 2 but my book wasnt there. I'm assuming that you used my winnings from week one to pay for week 2? So now you just owe me for week 2. I wont be on this evening, my son has football games tonite, and both my daughters have a "mini cheer" during half time.
