OT: UO sound extraction

Does anyone remember a small prog that allowed the user to extract the sound files as well as animation files? This allowed you to have all the sound files of say a gargoyle as well as the animations. If no one remembers this, then is there a way to extract the sound files to an audible file?? Thanks
