Those punishments are temporary at best, except maybe the ejection one. They really need something that causes either sudden and spotty or gradual hair loss, ulcers, migraines, or something that causes hypertension and high blood pressure.

Not at all, it's something I actually enjoy. Nothing makes my day go by faster than when I get in the zone and start coding/designing. Unfortunately I don't get to do it as often as I'd like since I'm a network admin first, developer second.
