I fully expect this post to get redirected but since I posted the bad here originally I feel obligated to post this..

spent some time on the phone with the dudes at The Secret World...

They did identify the problem and they did give us a work around..

Gotta give props they were trying hard and they did get us into the game..


P.S. If your interested go to the Stratics Secret World forum I got more detailed on the fix there..
