OT: Looking for a program....

I need a program that I can record my voice and then add pics to create a presentation.

I have no experience with this stuff so something very user friendly would be good. I am basicly looking to create a 10 minute speech and I want to add pics to help my presentation, I know these programs are very common as most videos on youtube are made with them such as powerthirst.

FYI I will be using this to create my presentation of what I feel would be helpful for Siege.

Will I be able to host a powerpoint somewhere accessable?
