OT help with loggin in Stratics Plus

i am loosing my mind. I try to log in to stratics plus and another tab opens up and it is at the log in screen again. I have set the browser to accept cookies. I am ready to blast the computer into the wall. I run norton 360. and I have the latest Internet Explorer for my browser. I never know went a new tab opens or when a new window opens....It is so sad cuz I can usually figure this stuff out.
Help plz
