Wondering if anyone can tell me anything about the ore cart its not a vet reward i dont think

The vet reward one comes in a deed so I don't know.
What is it's weight? I assume you can take it out of the bag?

Looks like the Prim Lich one: Is it one piece or two? Weight would also help.

Primeval lich deco, spawns near the pillory and executioner's axe on the last deco level. There are 3 pieces to the Ore Cart, that is the middle one which is 90% of the graphic anyway.
