If im not mistaken, i do believe these were made by an old bug, by marking cloth as a quest item, then you could drop in on the ground and it would stay that orange color. Im almost positive thats how these were made.

Well it is surely ORANGE that is for sure. :)

AHHHHHH maybe it is some uberleet orange *faction* apron, it is only orange though to other faction aprons ..............um oh, wait, are we all seeing it as orange ? !
